Off-Road Adventures
For this project I worked to brand this club. I created a logo and some advertising media for them. This is a small local group so nothing too grand or complex was designed for them.

Challenges
The biggest challenge faced during this project was translating the feel and style of the logo into a style used in other media.

Influences
A lot of inspiration was taken from different landscapes across the United States, especially locations where off-roading is allowed like some parts of Sedona, Arizona.
The illustrative style and color choices were also influenced by these landscapes, but also from the styles seen in US National Park posters.
Logo Sketches
Different typefaces and levels of detail were explored throughout the sketching process. These were three of the finalists chosen from my original batches of sketches.

Final Logo
This design was the final logo chosen for this brand. It was chosen because it was the most simple of the three finalists, but also because of the extreme angle of the vehicle. It was believed that this was the one that felt like it best represented the fun and adventure associated with this activity.

Typography
Both typefaces were chosen for their versatility.

Colors
Two different gradient palettes were curated for this brand. All colors were chosen because of their ability to be found in the landscapes where people go off-roading. Furthermore, having a warmer palette and a cooler palette was wanted to mimic some of the contrast found in the illustrations found during research.
